RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Return due to change of mind: ​We are able to accept returns due to change of mind for exchange or refund if done so within 5 days of purchase. Any number of days beyond this will not be accepted for return due to the risk of spoilage of wine from storage conditions. This includes wine purchased online through our website, and from our Cellar Door. For cases, the carton should be undamaged and unopened.

Return due to dissatisfaction with product: If you are unhappy with the quality of your wine purchase, please return the wine to us within 5 days. We will assess the situation accordingly and then process a refund or exchange. Any number of days beyond this will not be accepted for return due to the risk of spoilage of wine from storage conditions. This includes wine purchased online through our website, and from our Cellar Door.

Return of Gift Cards: We are not able to refund Gift Cards.

If you intend to purchase larger volumes for an event of function, please get in touch with us at info@thehuntinglodge.com. A team member from The Hunting Lodge will arrange an appropriate pick up date to ensure no spoilage of wine prior to the event date.
