THE HUNTING LODGE RESTAURANT – A LA CARTE & GROUP BOOKINGS
Please note we allocate 2.5 hours for dining. Please contact the restaurant directly on reservations@thehuntinglodge.com if you require additional time. We are unable to guarantee that your table will be available for longer if we have other bookings.
Please note that if you arrive 20 minutes after your booking time without getting in touch prior and we have attempted to contact you, if we are unable to hold the table open for you the cancellation/ no show fee of $50 per person booked will apply. If you are late this will also mean your 2.5-hour dining window is shortened.
Due to being a destination site if you need to cancel your booking, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel within 48 hours a cancellation fee of $50 per person booked may apply. If you cancel 6-2 days out from your booking a $20 per person booked cancellation fee may apply. You will receive an automatic re-confirmation email from this address to confirm your booking and the number of guests 48 hours in advance. If you arrive with less guests than you confirmed, you may be charged a $20 per person no show fee. Please note due to the configuration of the restaurant additional numbers can’t always be accommodated for so please advise prior to your arrival.
SPECIAL EVENTS WITH SET MENUS- INCLUDING NEW YEARS EVE
If you cancel within 48 hours a cancellation fee of $100 per person booked may apply. If you cancel 6-2 days out from your booking a $65 per person booked cancellation fee may apply.
